We all might have big dreams and extraordinary goals for life but what we live, we live in everyday moment. The present is the key to keep or improve our mental wellbeing and be able to keep going and put our plans into practice. What are the small things that can bring you joy every day?
Raindrops on roses/And whiskers on kittens/Bright copper kettles and warm woolen mittens/Brown paper packages tied up with strings/These are a few of my favorite things (My favorite things)
During this session you will:
- Find out about the science and power of enjoy small things in life
- How you can set time to become more aware of them
- Set strategies of keeping track of them

About the program
The wellbeing program is designed to support you with practical exercises and theoretical knowledge to maintain or improve on the long term your mental wellbeing (and not only). This is done through interactive, playful and experiential group sessions based on the science of positive psychology.
It has 10 sessions of 2 hours, each with a specific theme related and connected between them. For a maximum impact we strongly recommend to participate in most of the sessions (the best would be all 10 of them) and to practice between the sessions.The frequency of the sessions is approximately each two weeks (the whole program extends over 6-7 months).
What you can expect:
- Learn and experience how to increase your level of life satisfaction with proven methods of positive psychology
- Playful and interactive environment;
- Personally connect with others here in Luxembourg;
- Forget about your daily routine and at the same time improve your daily life;
- Better understand yourself;
- Reconnect to your inner child.
