• Master the notions and vocabulary related to the reality of burnout.
• Measure the importance of the disease for staff and the company (its impact, its consequences, its costs).

Understand the applicable legislative and regulatory framework
• Determine the implications for businesses, employers and workers.
• To master the notions of psychosocial risks, harassment, stress and burnout: distinctions, anchors and links between these concepts.

Identify the organizational components of psychosocial risks
• Define the causes: the management mode, the work organization, the professional relations ...
• Different types of attitudes to stress: the signals to pay attention to.
• Monitor work stress: the tools to put in place.

Develop an effective action policy and prevent burnout
• List the different types of prevention possible.
• Mobilize management, the middle line and the human resources department to minimize
risks.
• Accompany individuals and teams.
• Identify its consequences in the workplace.
Case study: analyze the organizational factors that can promote the emergence of this syndrome.
Implementation: working in subgroups on a chosen case brought by the participants and the trainer.
