Goals
The law of 25 March 2020 (or "DAC Law 6") introduces an obligation to report to the tax authorities, by the intermediaries or the taxpayer concerned, certain information in relation to cross-border arrangements that fall within the scope of the DAC law 6.
This training will allow each participant to have an overview of the scope of the DAC 6 Law and the resulting reporting obligations, and to ask questions of our experts in the field.
