Goals :
The law of December 21, 2018 and the law of December 20, 2019 transpose into internal tax law the provisions of the anti-tax avoidance directives ATAD I and ATAD II in Luxembourg. Several measures (interest limitation rules, rules on controlled foreign companies, general anti-abuse rules and intra-EU hybrid rules) have applied since 2019, while other measures (extended scope of the anti- hybrids and exit taxation) have applied since January 1. 2020, and reverse hybrid rules will apply from 2022.
This online training session allows participants to familiarize themselves with the ATAD I and ATAD II measures implemented in Luxembourg tax law as well as their impact on Luxembourg investment structures and to address their questions to the experts.
