2019 is marked by the update of ITIL, the de facto international guide to service management. ITIL 4 will play a role in helping individuals and organizations navigate the Fourth Industrial Revolution, marked by emerging technologies such as robotics, artificial intelligence, nanotechnology, quantum computing, biotechnology, the Internet of objects (IoT), 3D printing, autonomous vehicles and many more ITIL 4 will provide a practical and flexible basis to support organizations in their journey in the new world of digital transformation by helping them to align their human resources, digital and physical to compete in the complex modern landscape. The release of ITIL 4 is now much bigger, with a focus on the world of business and technology, how IT works today and how IT will work in the future with Agile, DevOps, Lean, IT governance, leadership and digital transformation.
The transition module enables delegates to get recognition for their previous achievements in ITIL v3 and to get the up-to-date skills and knowledge they need to smoothly transition to the digital service economy.
During this training we will provide information on the key elements of the following modules from ITIL 4 Managing Professional:
ITIL 4 Specialist Create, Deliver and Support
ITIL 4 Specialist Drive Stakeholder Value
ITIL 4 Specialist High Velocity IT
ITIL 4 Strategist Direct Plan and Improve
The course will also provide an introduction and cover the key concepts in ITIL 4 Foundation. To participate to this transition module, delegates must be at Expert level or have a minimum of 17 v3 credits. Delegates who have not achieved this yet but already have more than 8 ITIL v3 credits, can continue to collect their v3 Intermediate (by attending training or elearning) to enable them to be eligible to take the transition module.
Exam is included at the end of the training.
