Objectives
This training session has the following objectives:

To identify the main issues as regards harassment and discrimination at work
To raise awareness among participants of the fight against harassment, discrimination and violence in the workplace
To present the main legal provisions as regards harassment and discrimination (and to discuss, where applicable, the procedures in place within the company)
To provide concrete examples of what constitutes harassment and discrimination at work.
Content
During this training session, the speaker will:

Discuss in particular the importance of being informed/trained as regards issues of harassment and discrimination at work
Present the legal rules regarding discrimination (criteria, scope, examples)
Present the legal rules in respect of psychological harassment, sexual harassment and discriminatory harassment (criteria, scope, examples)
Present the legal rules on the prohibition of reprisals
Present employers’ principal obligations regarding harassment and discrimination at work, as well as the course of action open to employees.
