- Exercise physiology: effects of sports practice, Energy metabolisms, Types of muscle tissue, Substrates used according to effort
- Estimation of energy expenditure
- Macro nutrients and sport: roles, metabolism, choice, quantity of proteins, lipids, carbohydrates
- Hydration and sport: Drinks for effort and recovery
- Micronutrients and phytonutrients and sport
- Recommendations by sport category
- Frequent sports disorders: deficits, digestive disorders, inflammation, oxidative stress, overtraining
- Specific recommendations for each type of sport
- Nutritional diets and sport: vegetarianism, ketogenic diet
- Role of dietary supplements
About Véronique Liesse:
Véronique Liesse is a dietitian, nutritionist, micronutrionist and trainer in companies to optimize energy, well-being and performance at work. She teaches and trains in nutrition.
She is the author of many best-selling books: Hormones: stop wasting your life! (with Dr. Vincent Renaud), the “special energy” Food Book, the “special immunity” Food Book published by Leduc and Ma bible for weight loss without dieting.
