The British Chamber of Commerce for Luxembourg, in collaboration with Inspiring More Sustainability (IMS) is delighted to invite you to our next event: “Building the Best Businesses: Connecting Work Culture and Sustainable Business”.
We start at 4:00 p.m. with our guest experts presenting their insights and experiences. We will then connect our members with experts in the fields of employee engagement and sustainability in an open, honest and problem-solving dialogue using the highly interactive “kitchen table conversation” format. Chatham House rules will apply to ensure a safe environment for discussions and exchanges.
Here are some sample questions to explore: How can I best engage employees in achieving my company's or organization's ambitious sustainability goals? Are the most sustainable companies always those with the best working cultures? What are the cultural attributes that make the most successful sustainable companies? How can I direct digitization efforts in my organization to best serve its sustainability goals?
