Addressing the issue of sexual violence with one or more children can generate difficulties and questions: when to talk about it? How to talk about it? What to do if a child confides? What words to use? What tools? What approach for possible accompaniment?
A theoretical part in the form of a 2 hour webinar. The theoretical elements will allow:
-to better understand what sexual violence represents, its definition with regard to sexual health and its central role for human beings
- to understand how they compromise the development of the child with regard to his needs and the fundamental elements of his evolution
to know the effects and behavioral signs of children

A practical part in the form of a day of face-to-face training will address issues of posture, communication, support and useful tools and courses of action in our approaches. The training is participatory and interactive. It combines theory with practice. This is a training that offers concrete tools, keys and leads directly related to the realities of the participants. Exercises in sub-groups promote exchanges and reflections on the practices and experiences of professionals.
