On Fridays, it's a conversation with 12 people during a networking lunch. This TGIF – Thank-God-It's-Friday – is placed under the theme “Under 50” and is strictly reserved for managers of companies with less than 50 employees interested in an informal exchange in a friendly and caring environment.

In total, eight meetings will be held in 2023. In addition to the TGIF HR Lunch, the Paperjam+Delano Business Club offers a series of TGIF around the themes "Leadership" (reserved for business leaders), "Marketing" (reserved marketing specialists) and “Under 50” (reserved for managers of companies with less than 50 employees).
