At the end of the training, the participant will be able to:
- distinguish reporting indicators and steering indicators
- diagnose your needs for piloting indicators
- translate the strategy and operational issues into piloting indicators
- choose between the Balanced ScoreCard (BSC) approach and the OVAR approach for constructing piloting indicators
- organize indicators in an ergonomic dashboard

- Difference between the performance monitoring indicators (reporting) and the steering indicators
- Self-diagnosis by participants of their own indicators
- Performance modeling as a support for the selection of indicators: which objectives and which variables of action?
- The two major modeling methods: the Balanced Scorecard and the OVAR grid
- Construction of a performance model with the BSC method (ie strategic map) and with the OVAR method
- The shift from performance modeling to the choice of indicators
- The organization of indicators in a dashboard
- Presentation of practical issues when creating a dashboard
- Limits of the dashboard
