As part of the reform of vocational training and in accordance with the law of 19 December 2008, the training company must appoint one or more trainers to assist the trainee during his apprenticeship.

This course is mandatory for all companies that wish to obtain the training fee. Because the new legal provisions concerning the right to training require this specific training.

The trainer is responsible for the practical training and pedagogical support of the trainee or trainee. He thus plays a central and particular role in practical apprenticeship training, which he maintains in close contact with the high school technique and the chamber of commerce.

With this new training, trainers can do their jobs better because they acquire all the necessary legal and pedagogical knowledge.
