WARNING:
Since March 2016, IASSC has been asking its trainers to change the duration of the training program and thus move to
140 hours for the Black Belt,
56 hours for the Green Belt,
21 hours for the Yellow Belt.
IASSC uses these standards as guidelines in course evaluation and training
