Who did not find himself one day or another face to a person whose mode of operation was in total shift with his?

At work, we have to work with people we have not chosen, cohabitation is sometimes difficult and we can feel helpless when it comes to understanding a colleague who does not work like us. In 1978, as part of the launch of the first manned space shuttle, NASA decided to fund Taibi Kahler's research, and Process Communication (PCM) became the tool for selecting and training astronauts. This tool allowed them to build operational crews able to cooperate effectively in a very hostile and stressful environment that is space. When Bill Clinton became President, the White House was modeled and Taibi Kahler adapted his research for management. Today, the PCM is used by many companies, to improve their management and establish communication processes that allow a constructive relationship, reduce the pressure and release the desire to cooperate. The process communication is a tool for discovering his personality and that of others who will give you the keys to decode the different personalities and adapt to their mode of operation so different from yours.
