What should we take away from this new tax treaty?

We invite you to discuss together the impacts that this new agreement signed between Luxembourg and France will have on Luxembourg players, both with regard to natural persons resident for tax purposes in France and working in Luxembourg, but also by ricochet on the Luxembourg companies that employ them.

This new tax treaty ratified in France in February 2019 and then in Luxembourg in July 2019 will apply from January 1, 2020, taking into account its first amendment of October 10, 2019.

How does this agreement differ from the previous one? What are the major changes to note? Who are the potentially most affected people?
