Do you supervise nursing students? In collaboration with the LTPS, we offer this training which allows you to enrich your coaching practices and develop your role as tutor within your institution.

Goals
The objective of the program is to train you in the LTPS skills framework and to help you define and adopt your educational positioning.

At the end of the training, you will be able to:

position yourself as a tutor;
understand the LTPS learning objectives and translate them in the field;
structure your approach and communicate effectively;
follow and supervise students in a structured day-to-day manner.

In 4 days of training, you will discover different aspects of your role as a student coach and your positioning in clinical education:
