Goals

You train for the function of 'junior assessor'. You learn to set up and manage an assessment center. In a very interactive way, you discover the universal assessment method which is used today in the recruitment and selection of candidates and in career support. This day consists of 50% theory and 50% practice. You become familiar with the different role plays and the method of observation and appreciation. By combining theory with practical exercises, you develop skills that you can refine in your future assessments or interpretations. For example, you will learn to analyze behavior in an objective and standardized way and thus to better assess the skills of your candidates or employees.
